We’re thrilled to share the news that we are now ISO 9001 certified!

We’re delighted to have gained an internationally recognised accreditation from ISO Quality Services Ltd. This accreditation ensures our services meet the unique needs of our clients. Secondly, it demonstrates that we have the right resources and tools in place to protect our client’s data and processes.

As one of the few digital marketing agencies which hold this accreditation, we’re pleased to become certified and to gain that competitive edge. Holding this accreditation sets us apart from other digital agencies in the UK. Working with prestigious companies, such as the NHS, ISO 9001 has enabled us to demonstrate our team is consistently working to the highest standards and to future-proof our business.  

Over the past 5 months, our Operations Director, Caroline, has successfully completed the ISO training, the initial assessment and undertook the final assessment yesterday. This resulted in getting the ISO certification. From a strategic point of view, obtaining the ISO 9001 certification is a powerful tool that has allowed us to integrate our processes more efficiently and create a better system flow in order to drive better results and build a seamless customer journey.

Being ISO certified is an exciting step forward for Platform81 as it strengthens our business performance and service delivery, ensuring the quality and value we provide to our customers is second to none.
