Supporting Students at Aquinas College Creative Media Event

This month we were delighted to be approached by Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce led programme ‘Gander Careers’ to speak at their creative media event at Aquinas College.

Based in Stockport, Gander Careers brings business and education together in order to support local students on their journey into the workplace. The event aimed to give students an insight into local creative businesses and the opportunities and challenges they face.

P81 Director Nick was invited to speak alongside Mark Stringer from branding agency Ahoy and Sammi Wilde from video production company Bellyflop TV.

Nick said of the event “I was honoured to be asked and it was really rewarding to be on the panel for the Creative Media Conference at Aquinas. It’s great to see so many students striving to work in the creative industry, and I’m looking forward to hopefully working with some local talent in the not too distant future”
