Adalta Recruitment are an award winning business & technology recruiter in the heart of Manchester. Like many of our clients, they approached us via a recommendation, greatly in need of a new website to help support the growth of their business.

Recruitment is a tricky market, and differentiating recruitment businesses can be a tough task. Adalta were really trying to ensure that their website really struck a chord with their candidates, their clients and potential new recruits for their team.

In our meetings with Adalta we recommended that they look at their brand identity and strap-line as a starting point.

Their existing brand identity didn’t reflect the company’s exciting personality and made no reference to the word(s) ‘ad alta’, meaning ‘to the summit’.

In designing their new logo, we kept a simple, clean, stylish typeface with the central letter ‘A’ sitting bigger and higher than the rest, representing a peak or summit. We also incorporated the term ‘recruitment partners’ to reflect the fact the company act as an extension of their client’s internal resources.

When designing the website we designed the Homepage with Adalta’s goals in mind. Primarily they wanted candidates to come to the website and apply for jobs or submit a copy of their CV. The use of video above the fold really helps to direct candidates to start their job search. Moving down the page, candidates can click through to recently added jobs, and clients can get a strong sense of the sectors in which Adalta operate and the clients they deal with.

The website is fully custom designed, and built on WordPress CMS. It has integrated job boards, social media and is responsive to mobile devices.
