Platform81 and Nutshell Communications are proud to announce that they are supporting ‘Team We Love MCR’ in the Barmouth to Fort William Three Peaks Yacht Race this year. The South Manchester based Design and PR Agencies have developed a website, blog and social media presence for the team, in a bid to help them raise as much money as possible. This marketing platform will allow the team to attract sponsors and raise their profile as well as offering real time updates on training and progress.

The team is racing to support the Lord Mayors re-branded charity, ‘We Love MCR’, which works with organisations and projects in the Manchester area to help disadvantaged people in the region. The Three Peaks Yacht Race is an annual event that involves competitors sailing from Barmouth in Wales to Fort William, Scotland, whilst stopping along the way to allow other members of the team to climb the three highest peaks in the UK. As you can imagine, this is quite a challenge!
